The Boss came in suddenly just now while i was busy fixing the gas transfer line (again! ugh!), and she approached me.

she asked me how am i doing, am i ok with the workload now, do i get anything that may be needing her help and lots more. normal conversation.

then, she suddenly blurted her heart out to me. it seemed that she was very angry with her other workers (senior workers) - they're not competent enough, and obviously not productive.

well, The Boss SHOULD get angry and hammer them down like they deserve. they are paid very good salary, plus very good allowances and benefits, and they gave nothing to The Boss in return.

they come to work late. that, if they're committed enough to come to work.

they go home early.

in between the working hours, they will be having other "shifts" in Midvalley, or maybe The Curve, or God-knows-where-else.

in short, they are being paid for nothing.

i guess The Boss had realized that these lazybums had cheated her very well, and had enough of all the lies.

The Boss went in to their lab, and got them screwed. very much.

im just happy and very much satisfied that The Boss realized bout these matters at last. and im happy to hear her telling me that im one of the most reliable, competent and productive workers she's having.

but then again, big power means big responsibilities.

guess i have to work more on producing some better results for the project.

it gives me some uncomfy nerves up my spines. *huhuhu*
