last few days, i noticed that i had breathing difficulty when i lie down on my back while watching tv. at first, i thought it was just one of my asthma attacks, but boy i was wrong.
i felt the "twins" when i ran my fingers through my neck. yeah. it's the double-chin. gawd. as far as i can remember, the last time i had double chin when i was like 7 years old?!
i think i should cut off my meals. since i can't find proper time to go for sports for healthier dieting, so im optioning for meals-diet instead.
not to make myself look good or what, but it's kind of a major problem for me that i can't enjoy my sleep as much as i was before i had the double-chin choking my esofagus.
i need to change my eating habit. i think i'll just have to force myself to swallow the bloody, tasteless oat instead for my dinner.
goodbye fried rice.
goodbye yummy-lious dishes.
err. im still not ready yet to bid my junkies farewell.
oh oh! now i have a better solution! (imagine the little, bright yellow bulb on the head with a *ting!*)
i used to be a regular smoker. but changed into a social one.
so why not i put the regular smoker mode on, and smoke my way to my old figure?
i think i can cope better with that way. (grinning)
p/s: any of you have solutions or ideas how to get rid of the fatty double chin before it chokes me more while sleeping?
