so-called friends. huh!

i've always thought that friendship between guys are stronger and more faithful than of girls'.

i guess i thought wrong.

i came upon a profile in Facebook; belongs to one of Hubby's friends when he was still in the university sometime a year ago. i wish i can just mention names here but it's ok. im good at making up names so i'll made up some. let me just start off the story by introducing the members of a group of friends. they have given a name for this group but i'll just create another - let's call it The So-called Forever Friends Group (abbreviation : The SFFG).

in The SFFG, there are about 10 of them including my Hubby. Hubby was like a new comer to the group cause he was from a later intake into the uni.

ok, make long story short; Hubby was the eldest among them all. he was the bravest too; tough enough to stand up for himself and also for his friends. whenever the friends need a favor or help from him, he'll try his very best to help them out even if it means to get him into trouble. often, this group needs him whenever they got their stupid arses into big time trouble, mostly fights. just because of Hubby, no one dares to lay even a finger on his so-called friends.

truth to be told, out of 9 of his close friends only 2 of them are considered as real friends. they never forget the good deeds that Hubby had done for them. and both of them are still good with Hubby.

i have heard before that i was the actual cause for this friendship to break up. i was the jinx. in a nutshell, i was made to believe that i "stole" Hubby away from his friends.

yeah, at first i felt bad. and guilty.

but after sometime, i came to understand why Hubby wasn't in favor of them and turn to be with me instead. and why Hubby never felt regret of leaving The SFFG behind to be with me.

cause they're not the type of people who can be considered as friends. never ever.

if one day, one of these SFFGs comes to Hubby for help.. i won't give a second thought to tell them off.

cause i saw how hurt Hubby was when he learnt the real attitude of his friends.

p/s : pardon me for letting out these irrelevancies in today's post. i can't control my temper whenever i saw Hubby remembering all of what his friends had done to him, with the sad look in his eyes.
