Dearest friends,
Pardon me for not updating my blog for quite some time. i've been very busy running errands and managing things with just two little hands, juggling everything in order. alright. i've quite gotten lost with where i have stopped writing, so im just going to write starting from last weekend.
i went to meet up with an old friend, WaniDuckie. from the nickname, it's obvious that she loves ducks a lot. she can be a fairy-duck-mother in the fairy-duck land. anyways, we haven't seen each other since after we received our final results from high-school. so it's been like 5 years now. she hasn't changed much - still the same old her. i can't tell much cause i can only tell what i saw - physically. back to the story, we met up at Midvalley's Coffee Bean and we were able to catch up with each other for an hour or so. but it's nice to know that she will be back in kL sometime mid of Jan, and my other ex-schoolmates will be here too. i hope there will be a little gathering, just to catch up with each other.
on Monday, me and Hubby met up with a very good friend of ours - Surin. he came down to kL with his family but he's very nice enough to spend a few hours to catch up with us. again, Coffee Bean became the spot. we sat down, drank and smoked while chatted with each other. Surin needed a new pair of sandals so off we went to look for him, and found the one he wanted. we went around the mall until it's time to say goodbye. we sent him off to his parents and met his family. such a nice and warm family he has there.
then things started to get very busy for me. Monday night, Hubby was down with a terrible fever. his body is warm enough to cook an egg on him. but he's shivering cold. at first i thought, it's just a fever. the next day, he got worse. so i decided to take him to the nearest clinic and he was suspected with dengue. i was worried. shocked. angry. anything other than happy or relieved. on Wednesday, he wasn't getting better. so i took him to the University Hospital and he was admitted for observation. we were so relieved to know that he wasn't affected with dengue, and it's only high fever. but the doctors advised him to make appointments for follow-ups on his blood test. he got better day after day. Hubby just got back from the hospital and the results were a relief again. his next appointment will be next friday.
as for me, i feel a bit tired after running around the whole week, especially during Hubby's down-time. im looking forward for this weekend as to rest myself wholly. oh yeah, i am at workplace now. and it's very boring. counting hours to go back too.
another half of the day to go before a nice weekend at home.
