nervous and worried.

remember my previous post about The Girlfriend and The Boyfriend?

i got to know The Girlfriend's name now : Maddy.

anyway, all of us sat down with our lappies and scout around the web for a condo for rent. Maddy wanted to stay with me in the condo, so we're looking for a place in between her workplace and mine.

after two and a half hours scouting, finally i stroke on one condo that really got me attracted.

it's fully furnished. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. that's what we were looking for.

facilities? ooh. i think i'll love the facilities. they have : sauna, gym, swimming pool, badminton court, and others more. i can't remember.

accessible to public transportation : Rapid LRT station is only like 5 mins of walking distance!

opposite the area, they have 7-eleven, restaurants, food stalls, mini market, clinic and others. again, i can't remember.

oh oh. another bonus. now it takes me 15 mins to walk to Midvalley. if i get this fantastic condo, i'll walk the same distance but to Jaya Jusco.

and the rent? rm1200 per month, divide by two persons. so i only need to pay rm600.

and the place is still available.

i was so excited, and i called in the agent again to make an appointment for viewing. this saturday noon.

ooh! i hope Maddy loves the place cause for me it's really, really convenient for both of us. im really nervous and worried she wouldn't want the place.

would she? cause she didn't seem happy with the distance of the place to her workplace. come on, it's only one-station transit! as for me, i have to travel 8km for work. if i have to take the public transportation, i have to change at least 2-3 stations to get to my workplace.

oh im nervous. worried too. cause im really tired of scouting for a place to stay. my own apartment with nice housemates. privacy assured.

*sigh* i think im going to have to persuade her nicely and make her understand that the place is the most suitable and convenient place we all can get.
